主旨:
台灣營建管理學會為激發學生研究能量，推廣國內營建管理研究成果，並強化臺灣營建管理人才與國際接軌，特設置台灣營建管理學會碩博士優秀論文獎項，歡迎113學年度的碩博士畢業生踴躍申請。
說明:
一、評選範圍:
本獎項之申請人提供的論文，應於本獎項辦理之前一學年度於國內各校獲得博士或碩士學位之學位論文。
二、申請資格
申請人及其指導老師須為台灣營建管理學會會員。若尚未入會，請於 2025 年 10 月 31 日前完成會員申請並通過審核，逾期將不受理博士（碩士）優秀論文獎之申請。

三、申請人應提供以下申請資料:
(一)請下載報名表填寫完成，並請指導教授簽章
(二)請提供論文考試審定書
(三)請提供碩博士完整論文 (含論文首頁及中英文摘要)
報名表、論文考試審定書、碩博士完整論文請提供電子檔(PDF格式)，並請依序合併為單一PDF檔案。
四、申請時間:
申請人備妥相關申請資料，申請113學年度碩博士優秀論文獎， 請於2025年10月31日前將申請資料電子檔寄到 tingkwei@nkust.edu.tw。
五、申請人應遵守下列規定：
(一)尊重本獎項評審小組之決議。
(二)本獎項公佈前，若同一論文曾在其他論文獎項評審獲獎或正在評審中，應主動告知本學會，以作為評審之重要參考依據。
(三)不得有請託、關說、利誘、威脅或其他干擾評審委員及評審程序之情事。
(四)參加評選之論文不得有違反學術倫理之情事。
六、本獎項每學年度評選類別、名額與獎勵如下：
博士論文獎項:
(一) 特優博士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 8000 元新台幣
(二) 優等博士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 5000 元新台幣
(三) 佳作博士論文獎，獎狀一紙
(四) 企業博士論文特別獎，頒發獎金與獎狀
碩士論文獎項:
(一) 特優碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 5000 元新台幣
(二) 優等碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 3000 元新台幣
(三) 佳作碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙
(四) 企業碩士論文特別獎，頒發獎金與獎狀
各獎項之名額，經評審小組決議，得予以從缺或調整。評審結果將公布於本學會網站，並公開閱覽獲獎論文之名稱與基本資料；得獎論文摘要亦將透過本學會大宗郵件寄送全體會員。本獎項之獎狀以本學會名義頒發，獲獎名單將於次年度理監事聯席會議結束後公告。獎狀與獎金將以匯款及郵寄方式寄送，或視情況另行擇期舉辦頒獎典禮。
七、得獎者應配合辦理下列事項：
(一) 提供得獎論文之基本資料。
(二) 得獎獎金應依規定課稅。
八、申請人及其論文有下列情事之一，經查證屬實者，取消申請資格；於評選完成後發現者，撤銷得獎資格，並追回已領之獎狀及獎金：
(一) 未符合第二條至第五條規定。
(二) 得獎論文其後續商品化及行銷行為，有損害本獎之形象或精神。
(三) 得獎論文違反學術倫理經查證屬實並且情節重大者。
獎項有關受理報名、時程、活動資訊、公開表揚及其他相關事宜，依本學會按年度發布之申請、評審作業須知及其相關規定辦理。
Taiwan Construction Management Association Best Thesis Award for Master’s and Doctoral Dissertations
(113 Academic Year)
Purpose:
To inspire students’ research potential, promote domestic construction management research achievements, and strengthen the international connections of Taiwan’s construction management professionals, the Taiwan Construction Management Association (TCMA) has established the Best Thesis Award for master’s and doctoral graduates. We welcome applications from graduates of the 113 academic year.
Directions:
1. Scope of Evaluation
Applicants must submit their theses, which must have been approved as degree dissertations for a master’s or doctoral degree from a domestic university in the academic year prior to the award year.
2. Eligibility
Both the applicant and their academic advisor must be members of TCMA.
If not yet a member, please complete the membership application and pass the review process by October 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Required Application Materials
(1) Download and complete the application form, with the advisor’s signature and seal.
(2) Provide the thesis defense approval certificate.
(3) Provide the complete master’s or doctoral thesis (including the cover page and both Chinese and English abstracts).
The application form, defense approval certificate, and full thesis must be submitted in PDF format and combined into a single file in the above order.
4. Application Deadline
Applicants must prepare the required materials and email the electronic file to tingkwei@nkust.edu.tw no later than October 31, 2025.
5. Applicant Obligations
(1) Respect the decision of the award review committee.
(2) Before the award announcement, if the same thesis has won or is under review for another award, the applicant must proactively notify TCMA for reference in the review process.
(3) Applicants must not attempt to influence the committee or process through lobbying, inducements, threats, or other improper means.
(4) Submitted theses must comply with academic ethics.
6. Award Categories, Quotas, and Prizes
Doctoral Dissertation Awards:
Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award – Certificate + NT$8,000
Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award – Certificate + NT$5,000
Honorable Mention Doctoral Dissertation Award – Certificate only
Corporate Special Doctoral Dissertation Award – Certificate + cash prize (amount determined by sponsor)
Master’s Thesis Awards:
Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award – Certificate + NT$5,000
Excellent Master’s Thesis Award – Certificate + NT$3,000
Honorable Mention Master’s Thesis Award – Certificate only
Corporate Special Master’s Thesis Award – Certificate + cash prize (amount determined by sponsor)
The number of awards may be adjusted or left vacant as decided by the review committee. Results will be announced on the TCMA website, including the title and basic information of winning theses. Abstracts will be distributed to all members via TCMA’s mailing list. Certificates will be issued in the name of TCMA, and award lists will be announced after the annual Board of Directors and Supervisors joint meeting. Prizes and certificates will be sent via bank transfer and mail, or awarded at a ceremony if arranged.
7. Obligations of Award Recipients
(1) Provide the basic information of the winning thesis.
(2) Prize money is subject to applicable tax regulations.
8. Disqualification and Revocation
If any of the following occur, the application will be disqualified; if discovered after the award, the award will be revoked and certificates/prizes reclaimed:
(1) Failure to comply with Sections 2–5 of this announcement.
(2) Subsequent commercialization or marketing of the winning thesis that damages the award’s reputation or spirit.
(3) Verified and serious violations of academic ethics.
All matters related to application acceptance, schedules, event information, public recognition, and other relevant details will be handled in accordance with TCMA’s annual application and review guidelines.
